             Shipping & Delivery
ProGameCards.com is founded on our email delivery system. New users note that email delivery of redeem codes may sometimes take up to but no longer than 12 hours. Once complete, codes will be emailed to your registered email address and also posted to your account. You can view redeem codes for an order by loggin into your account, and clicking on the "my orders" tab. Verified customers note that you will receive instant delivery of all codes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ProGameCards.com will also begin to offer physical cards that can be selected prior to adding the item to your cart. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. Shipments are all shipped using USPS First Class Mail or First Class Mail International.
Payment Fraud
We take fraud very seriously. We reserve the right to cancel and return funds for any transaction we feel is or may be fraudulent, without notice. You may be blocked for ordering and reported to IC3.gov when we have conclusive evidence that stolen credit cards, identities or other malicious fraudulent attempts are being made.
 
             Privacy & Security

Our site collects information when you register or place an order for a product.  You may be asked to enter your name, email address, shipping and billing address and payment information.

Any information we collect may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To complete and deliver an ordered product.
  • To inform you regarding the status of your order.
  • To contact you regarding changes made to your online profile.

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to any outside parties.  Your information is only shared with trusted third parties but only in the means necessary to complete your transaction (payment processing, shipping companies, etc).  We take all the precautions available to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information on our website, it is kept safe both online and offline.

             Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of digital purchases, we have a strict return policy in place. Returns will only be accepted 24 hours after delivery. Upon receipt of a returned code, we will check the codes status to make sure the item is currently unused. A refund will only be givin once the code is sold to a new buyer and confirmed that the new buyer has successfuly redeemed the code.
Replacement items may be issued if it is found that a code is not activated or other proccessing issue has occured. Replacements are provided at the discretion of Progamecards.
             Ordering
Buyers are required to create an account prior too or during the order process. An account will be created automatically during checkout if the user is not currently logged in. We require this due to issues that may arrise in email delivery of product codes. All codes are posted in the buyers account as a secondary means of viewing the ordered product if there is an issue during email delivery. 
New users may need to confirm their phone number using our automated phone verification system. This will be in place until the users account is 180days old and has had sucessful orders with no payment chargebacks. 
Customers are to create and maintain only one account, additional accounts may be closed or merged. Buyers who consistantly create new accounts will have all new accounts closed and orders refunded.
            
             Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Promotional offers may be limited per customer uses or total uses for that offer. Offers may be restricted to certian customer groups, payment methods or specific products and will be outlined in any offer details post or description.
